Artist Drew Sturzan’s Gorgeous Star Wars: The Force Awakens Poster

Amid the Star Wars smorgasbord that was the D23 Expo this past weekend, this juicy poster from artist Drew Struzan was released. Struzan has created more than 150 movie posters, many of them iconic. Along with Star Wars posters, Struzan's created indelible images for Indiana Jones, Back to the Future and Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone.  

Struzan's beautiful poster for Star Wars: The Force Awakens has a lot of little details that are worth savoring—the X-wing coming towards us right behind John Boyega's lightsaber; the twelve blue Tie-Fighters; the staff in Daisey Ridley's hands; and, of course, Han Solo and his trusty DL-44 blaster.
