Disney Drops 1st Moana Trailer
Get ready to fall in love with Moana. Disney Animation Studios has revealed the first official trailer for the film, and it looks gorgeous, with a brand new princess for kids to fall for. That would be your young navigator Moana, who, along with her new friend, the mythical demi-god Maui, goes on a great journey to locate a legendary island, sending them on an adventure over land and sea.
This lovingly created CGI wonder fest sees Moana (voiced by Auli’i Cravalho) and the once-mighty demigod Maui (voiced by Dwayne Johnson) sail across the open ocean, encountering all kinds of wild monsters and impossible odds. During her journey, "Moana fulfills the ancient quest of her ancestors and discovers the one thing she’s always sought: her own identity."
Your directors are animation legends Ron Clements and John Musker (The Little Mermaid), Moana will set sail in theaters on November 23, 2016.
