Tonight, the Motion Picture Association and The Walt Disney Company co-hosted a special screening and reception for Mufasa: The Lion King at the MPA’s global headquarters in Washington, DC.

The evening opened with welcome remarks from Charles Rivkin, Chairman and CEO of the Motion Picture Association, and Jessica Moore, Vice President of Government Relations at The Walt Disney Company.

The event brought together policymakers, industry leaders, and members of the creative community to celebrate the legacy and storytelling power of The Lion King franchise and its latest chapter, Mufasa: The Lion King.
