Motion Picture Association Chairman and CEO Charles Rivkin Statement on the Nomination of Deborah Robinson as Intellectual Property Enforcement Coordinator

WASHINGTON – President Joe Biden today nominated Deborah Robinson to be Intellectual Property Enforcement Coordinator (IPEC). The following is a statement from Motion Picture Association Chairman and CEO Charles Rivkin:

“I applaud President Biden for the nomination of Deborah Robinson to serve as the next Intellectual Property Enforcement Coordinator (IPEC). Deborah brings a wealth of real-world enforcement experience to this position, and we look forward to working with her to protect the creative rights that support the 2.4 million American jobs and 122,000 American businesses in the film, television, and streaming industry.
