Black Creators in the U.S. and Canada: Cultivating Artistic Genius
February 23, 2022
3:00 PM ET | 12:00 PM PT
Together with our partners — the African American Film Critics Association (AAFCA) and the Black Screen Office (BSO) — the Motion Picture Association (MPA) hosts “Black Creators in the U.S. and Canada: Cultivating Artistic Genius.”
In celebration of the U.S. and Canada’s shared Black History Month, and in recognition of the 10th anniversary of the MPA’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program, this discussion explores the intersectionality of Black Americans and Canadians working toward a more inclusive global film, television, and streaming industry.
