The Motion Picture Association was proud to present “Beyond the Red Carpet: HBCU Edition!”, a two-hour virtual Master Class. This stimulating and enlightening program educated and inspired the next generation of industry leaders.
Co-hosted by the White House Initiative on HBCUs, all of our speakers for this MPA program had HBCU ties – either as a current student, alumni or collaborator – making them uniquely qualified to speak to rising creators, both about if Hollywood has a place for them and as professionals that have contributed to our industry in numerous ways.
