Beginning in 2023, New Mexico offers a state sales tax exemption on all productions costs, a 25% refundable income tax credit on in-state film production and post-production expenditures, a 5% credit on production expenditures for a qualifying television series or soundstage usage, and a 10% credit uplift for filming in rural counties.
