Introduced in July 2018, New Jersey has a 30% (35% in certain counties) corporate tax credit for motion picture and television production expenditures, with an additional 2% for a diversity bonus. Productions must incur at least 60% of film production expenses in-state or more than $1 million in qualified expenses, with an annual cap of $100 million per fiscal year.
