Qualified productions are allowed a 20% credit for feature films with budgets between $1 million and $100 million, as well as movies-of-the week or miniseries with budgets exceeding $500,000. An additional 5% credit is available for filming outside Los Angeles and a 25% credit is available for qualified TV series relocating to California after filming all previous seasons elsewhere.
