Marissa Bostick
Marissa Bostick is Senior Vice President and Head of Global Litigation at the Motion Picture Association, where she oversees all global anti-piracy legal matters on behalf of the MPA, the Alliance for Creativity and Entertainment (ACE), and member companies. She works across the global enterprise to develop enforcement strategies and also oversees all litigation brought internationally by ACE and litigation matters related to the MPA’s member studios.
Marissa is a former federal prosecutor from the Southern District of New York, where she worked on cases related to organized criminal networks and complex financial frauds. Prior to joining the MPA, Marissa led the legal team of Amazon’s Counterfeit Crimes Unit, a global team pursuing counterfeiters and their networks through external enforcement, including civil litigation and criminal referrals worldwide. Marissa also taught Criminal Law at Villanova Law School and was a Fulbright Scholar from 2019 to 2020, teaching criminal law in eastern Europe and working with the legal and law enforcement community there. Marissa began her legal career as litigation counsel at O’Melveny & Myers in New York. Marissa is a graduate of Columbia Law School and the University of Pennsylvania.
